Can anybody tell me what the Newist version of Photoshop is and where can I get it please?

photoshop CS2 is the newest.

Photoshop CS and you can buy it from pc world or online but its about £600.

Only because i did an evening course on it, you can teach yourself but its quite a complex program m8

you can download a full version (limited for 30days) from www.adobe.com then you need to buy a license/serial number
