The list really is endless question is a bit vague???
However if I had a flat arch and wasn't spending too much money id go for the late vtr interior decent head unit and front component speakers, exterior wise spray the bumpers black, put a front splitter on, lower it on some compomotive mo5's and put some decent shocks/springs/brakes/backbox and tyres on leave it and enjoy take a look at saxostuarts car imo its one of the best looking flat arches simple and effective

heres the guide http://www.saxperience.com/forum/showthread.php?t=55973
its not something that is overly easy to do, the rear arches need to be cut and holes have to be drilled etc
you can just fit the vt front bumper, just have to pull the corners in as they stick out where the arches meet the bumper
