My Saxo VTR

Hi everyone, joined a while ago but haven't posted much, wasn't going to do a progress thread as mines hasn't had as much stuff as some peoples but decided to make one,
Here goes.

Bought the car about 4 months ago completely standard apart from Lexus lights on the rear.

The lexus lights got removed about a day after i got it taxed and on the road.
Got Smoked jewels and put L.E.D's in sidelights and numberplate lights.

Then i had some problems, the clutch was slipping and the gearbox was knackerd so took it into work and replaced the clutch and gearbox, about a week before i replaced timing belt, water pump and tensioner. then the wheel bearing went and also a spring snapped. so changed them:fcuk:

I then decided to paint my calipers red and lower it, lowered it 50mm, i then painted my wheels white untill i get different alloys for it.

I then fitted some wind deflectors on it.

Then i put a powerflow back box on it and a tow strap at the front.

Was doing a few bits and bobs to it last night and discovered the rear axle has some play so time for a re-build, got another vtr sitting so will take the axle of that and totally rebuild it then fit it to mines, this will be getting started tomorrow hopefully.

Long while so thought i would stick a picture up lol now has a show cage, rebuilt the head, fitted spax adjustable front shocks, braided brake lines and front pads and drilled and grooved discs plus a momo steering wheel.

looks smart mate, done some nice mods - i'd keep the vtr wheels i prefer them to vts/aftermarket ones :y:

please do us all a favour and remove that tow strap/smurf from your bumpers though, makes it look so tacky
