What does everyone think of this?

I had a look at the reviews and by the looks of it, it works very well and alot of people have had good gains off it

I did this regime for 2 months, you need to increase the weight by 5lb every cycle iirc?

I noticed I had put on more muscle, but i lacked motivation to carry it on.

i'd say go for it, for the 12 weeks and see how you get

Stick to this, for a good while, until you are deadlifting/squatting/benching a decent amount. Maybe chuck in some shoulder pressing every now and then...

Did you put much size on?

Just forget about size for now. You'll get bigger and stronger, but what you want is a good strength base for the future, and good technique. You will get bigger as well, but focus on technique and improving your strength for now.

I would say rinse 5x5 for all its gains to begin with and then maybe follow the 5/3/1 program

I've always thought this kind of workout would be great while cutting??

5x5 is good for cutting when coupled with correct intensity and conditioning. I used a modified 5x5 programme for my transformation cut. Just done a 5/3/1 cycle to get my strength back, and going to do a 5x10 big but boring style programme from now till february to gain some mass back. Stick to it though, you should have a 1rm at the very least of: Bodyweight + 0.5 chin, bodyweight overhead press, bodyweight x1.25 bench, bodyweight x1.5 squat, bodyweigt x1.75/2 deadlift.

I've just found out they have an app too, to track your progress which is pretty good!

Gonna start this as soon as I get a job!!
