Imbalnced front brakes?

Working through the VTRs mot fails

Hole in floor done! All welded and sorted
Leaking rear brake and dodgy brake bias valve will be sorted a soon as I get a bit of brake pipe made up


Front brakes imbalanced how do I resolve this isit mayb replace front pads see how it goes

make sure they both slide correctly

The caliper is on a slider, two pins either side
These need to move free, also bake sure where theoad sits in the caliper is free from rust and dirt
