It doesn't make that much difference IMO it just the extra noise that gives the impression of more power.

The back did go abit light in mine but I have the highest Saxo on Sax-P.

THe noise is the main difference... and the annoying stone rattling around the wheel arch sound :P

i get that any way , i love my base model

biggest downside is that it takes the lowered look away as the weight reduction causes the car to rise up which also causes poorer handling IMO

what spare wheel cage?

I know it was a half arsed attempt but whats the deal with MOT's when I roll up with the spare wheel gaffa taped to the boot?

chop it off and put spare wheel in boot

Remove spare wheel... you dont need one to pass an MOT, but if you have one it must be legal and ready for use.

I find my car noticeably quicker now its stripped and I've only done half of it... the spare wheel on mine is the only thing keepig the rear wheels on the floor lol... back end is a little twitchy as said but all in all its not much more uncomfortble than before
