Saxo cherry Popped

Hello all,
Just bought my new toy. 53plate VTR almost mint with no mods which I like very much and will be keeping it stock as it looks the biz. The dash has lit up like a Christmas tree and I've read all the possible answers to what this could mean. I live in northants and wondered if there was a friendly knowledgable mechanic/Citroen specialist nearby. Don't want to have my pants taken down over repair prices.

Well the engine management light has come on and appears to be there to stay. Also developed some serious shuddering from braking. Was gonna take it in for a diag test and hopefully get a report on why the light is on.

And pay a stupid amount of money for that to be done?

Not being funny mate, but a garage will charge you through the nose for that privilege, Beaniemoo have a kit that is better than most garages Diagnostic kits. Plus they're honest, unlike most garages.
