a couple of my frends got a fine by the police in aiya napa for not wearing helmets on quad bikes. now where do they stand with not paying the fine ? as they are now in england and what could happen to them if they dont pay it ?.. im just interested to know

Traffic offences differ I think, know a few ppl with the above situation and no come back

Caught up with my mate for driving under the influence, have heard a few other ppl been done for speeding

The just pass it on to uk police.. Who may or may not take more serious action

I got 2 fines when i was in magaluf last year

1st one was riding without a helmet
2nd one was drunk and disorderly

never paid any fines, they were trying to fine me 400 euro's for costs of police etc aswell, i just walked out the police station and went home the next day and heard nothing yet :)

My bedroom is downstairs, which is accessed via the front door of the house and all the family use the back door!

This arose because I brought a girl back on the thurs,fri and saturday of a week after going town, this pissed off my dad and he kicked me downstairs!!

It's perfect for getting girls in and out undetected! If I am found out, I just say it's my friend that's a girl.. My mum loves her to bits and she is like my very own wing-woman... So if my mum ever asks her why she didn't stay for breakfast etc. when she stopped the other night she covers for me and makes something when I have another girl round!!

haha nice work! Theres only me and my mum here, and my mum owns a news agent, so is in bed for 10PM, and works 5:30 AM, untill 6PM 6 days of the week, and sundays, 5:30 untill 1PM, so getting them out isnt an issue, it's just not waking her up!

I lived in Cyprus with the army and the police tend to try making up shit as they go along.

Basically aslong as they don't have your passport you're fine to return home without paying - unless you have signed it then it's not valid they just need figures met etc to make it look like they are the law blah blah.
