My VTR Thoughts ?

this is my baby (saxo vtr) since ive had her ive done the following.

halo eyes (all black)
matt black interior/front grill and trim
racing mirrors
stript out with white show cage
white vts alloys
upgraded brakes/pads
induction kit
re-map
full stainless steel exhaust system
4-2-1 manifold
cream leather front seats/door trim
lowerd 60mm all round
de-badged rear and re wiper gone

and few other bits

very quick i think still got a lot of plans i.e maybe fit vts engine, had a race with fiesta st other day and my car pissed all over it and keeps up with alot,

just joined so thoughts on it please thanks

yeh i was thinking new mirrors also maybe 106 gti front seats ? not to sure, i was going to go all out and get the rims sprayed bright pink but not to sure next step is de-cat pipe and maybe vts conversion ?

Pretty pointless stripping only to add dead weight in the show cage.

Don't understand the attitude, or the argument about speed. Just stripping out a rear bench and a steelie wouldn't make your mk1 faster than a mk2.

Slating a guy's car for it's style (in this case the all black style) is a joke, you asked for 'thoughts' and you got them. The wing mirrors are not what most people on here go for if you have a look at most progress threads, so his thoughts are probably the same as everybody else's with regards to them.

Anyway, your car looks decent, but i share the same thought... change the wing mirrors and keep the wheels, it looks alright. If you were to change the colour of the wheels i would go for black/anthracite as there aren't really many colour combinations that work so well with silver.

Yeah the mirrors are :homme:go back to standard, liking the cream leather seats and interior looks nice. Not sure about the point of a show cage really, it still weighs something lol.
