hi there im new to owning a saxo vtr had it for a week now and all was going ok but now i started doing a few miles in it, now started showing a problem and im after a bit of advice what it could be. if i leave it just ticking over then it is a bit eratic and juddery, then when i start to drive it if i drive and put my foot down then it is fine but if i just cruise along at a stedy speed then it is very jerky. i have changed the spark plugs and got a new fuel filter to do. also noticed that the temperature does not go up much less than quater so guessing that the thermostat has been removed for what ever reason. any help as to what it could be would be gratefull.

after owning my old car a fiesta st i was a member of stoc and they were very helpfull and a friendly lot of people so hoping you will all be the same.

Can't tell if srs. I'd get out whilst you still can.

Best to post in the problems section mate, may get more views in there, you can find it here. (http://www.saxperience.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=13)

100% need's icv cleaning or changing.

Judder's violently on part throttle? But perfect on full throttle? = ICV :y:

take it out and clean it 1st-- thats the cheaper option, if no different then get your wallet out ;)
