lowering a 5 door mk2

want to lower my saxo its a 5 door has any one got a picture of a 5 door lowered around 30mm to 50mm???? im not sure how low to go because i dont want no rubbing i got vtr alloys at the mo and have rolled the lip so should be ok! pictures would be greatful and would help me out!!! thanks guys
