Hi guys , Recently put new pads on my car all around and then noticed the other day when I were checking my pressures that my back drivers side wheel were red HOT ! think the piston might be sticking a little , Any one any idea's on how to free it up ??? thank's in advance !!

They are a bitch. I soaked mine brake fluid, seemed to be free - put it all back together and it still stuck.

Tried again - still no luck.

just ended up getting a 2nd hand rear calliper for £20, job done.

looks like its a eBay job ! is vts/vtr callipers the same do you know ?

this same thing happened to me, i had to keep taken the rear wheel of and hit the caliper wit a hammer lol. lived with it for ages, then just ended up replacing the caliper on friday just gone. like saxova said it cost me 20pound to, don't know why i waited so long.

did you get your new one off eBay by any chance ? and the only thing is when i put the new one on I will have to bleed the brakes wont I ? that's gonna be a pain in the arse seen as though i have never done them before :-/
