I actually used to suffer from this problem loads when I was a teen.

I imagine you get pretty stressed and uptight in the company of girls.

I discovered something.. do not give two SH!Ts when you're around girls. No matter how much your prick is desperate to get some poontang, just be carefree and as natural as you can. Don't give them the time of day, just be cool and relaxed/

A girl is more likely to take notice if you aren't fidgetting and obsessing when you're around them, it makes you look lame and weak.

Go up to a random group of girls and say something really stupid. Ask them a random question. They'll probably laugh and tell you to go f*ck yourself. Thats good, its a start. Get used to talking to them in your natural way and you'll achieve your goal.
