Hi guys been getting into my home audio gear a lot now my gf brought me some surround sound speakers that I wanted for my set up but they just have bare cable ends and I need them to be like this http://i1131.photobucket.com/albums/m554/m0nk3yb0y94/IMG_20120802_160736.jpg

I think they're phono type is there any way I can get my cables to connect to these type ends?
Many thanks

You will most likely find you can buy the ends and they unscrew, you then solder the wire to the terminal base and bobs your uncle.

**-----------> It's bought not brough btw <----------**

They are just uncoloured phono leads from what I can make out.

These are RCA male plugs. You'll find some at your nearest maplin or similar. Best to get some metal ones and a good soldering iron.

Yeah it does, if you don't connect it the right way your speakers will pull instead of push.
When you open one of these plugs, the + connection is at the bottom and the - is the side lip.
