I am new on here. I have had my saxo nearly 3 years. its just a 1.1 with a k&n air filter. the lower cooling pipe has just gone again. am thinking of putting a silicone pipe on can any 1 help?

When you say the pipe has "gone", howso? Worn (rubbing on something?) or what? That's quite unusual. Can you give more details?

I dont know if it has rubbed. havnt had chance to look yet. its the 2nd time it has happend. will post more details when i have had a look

on closer inspection the pipe has rubbed on the timing belt / pully

Thanks. problem sorted. had to have new hose form dealer
