mirror adjusters

on the passenger side the wing mirror adjuster does not work and it is different to the one on drivers side so i am guessing its be messed with, is it an easy job to get 2 knew 1s and fit em in?

I take it you're talking about manual wing mirrors?

Take the doorcard off... then take the plastic covering off where the adjuster is located and see if anything looks "odd" i.e. not connected.
