saxo 1.1 problem

my car has recently been in for its emitions test and it failed, i had a dyagnostics done and it said it was temp sensor so i had it changed and it still was failing so then i changed the cat and its still failing. i am totaly out of ideas.

nope. smells rich but i cant smell petrol
