Theres bolts where the backs of your rear seat are secured to. Put the earth under one of the bolts.

If its for the headunit and you have some how lost the original ground cable, you could run a cable from either bolt on each side just under the dash [Where the boot release is]

yea there is have my auto closure earthed there.

but if u have a sub as well in the boot with amp my stereo guy told me to earth the headunit in the same place as the amp as you get better sound or something. weather its true i dunno but worth a try
