They don't work as far as sports performance but waking you up and making you more alert caffeine certainly works :)

Relentless is usually on offer in the CO-OP beside work, so its what I drink, although if im ever in LIDL I grab a case of their random energy drink which costs about 3 quid for 24.

I have 1 every morning at work (3am) and it seems to work a treat. Wakes me up and gives a boost for the rest of the day.

If they didn't have some sort of effect, why is it if you drink them with Vodka, it gets you proper fuked.

I have to agree with you on this one! I love it. Drank two litre bottles of it on one day last week - very addictive. I do relentless and especially Red Bull when its mixed with Jägermeister. Yumm :p

Rockstar is by far the best! Still quite partial to a monster every now and then as long as its not chaos. Relentless if i really have too.
Used to drink them before work all the time but i started getting headaches so have cut down, now i just buy fruit shoots! They're so nice lol

They are just full of sugar even the less tame drinks such as lucozade have a standard 8 table spoons of sugar in them. The people that make a habit of drinking them have to always use them when they feel 'tired'. How about go without them instead drink some water i bet you would feel more awake. I have had a couple maybe from working on university assignments all night long in an al night all day circumstance not for just when i feel tired.

Unless you work odd hours (i.e nightimes) then you shouldn't need anything extra.

If you do then it could mean you have a problem which needs to be looked at or more likely, you are not getting enough sleep.

Try to stay off them completely as they're full of shit whether you like them or not.

I will usually have them if I know I need to stay awake and preferably like Red Bull, have tried them all though and Relentless and Monster and good but the Original ones, the other flavours aren't great.

But I usually resort to Kx from tesco as they're more affordable, £1.50+ for a tin of shit seems illogical.
