View Full Version : Aliens....

Have always been a bit skeptical, a mate at work told me a story about the army testing alien DNA on troops and i thought it was all fake just started watching UFO files and stuff and there is a lot of interesting stuff seems like the government are trying to cover up or hide things from us there is alot of stuff that we dont know/see that is happening.

What do you believe ?

I think something is out there, you cant tell me with all them other planets/galexies that we are the only living planet with living things. I just not sure weather to beleive if we have made contact or not yet but there is more stuff ancient history wise to say we have been visited. Watch a program called ancient aliens, gets the mind ticking! You can watch most of the episodes on youtube

I'm sure they do exist somewhere and someday there will be contact.

I doubt we have any locked away testing on them mind.

I'll have to get them watched, but i think its so interesting i was reading a case in the paper a while back and they found remains of an aircraft (UFO) they took some of it to a lab for testing and the lab could not identify it they said they had never seen the material before.

On that note... Area 51, discuss...

9th August 2012, 23:20
It was proved they exist. Not in the form of shit like predators or them things in Independence Day, but they did find alien bacteria on a meteorite.

Even if that was all bullshit, there's still no way that this is the only planet to have life.

aerea 51 is a conspiracy i think.
personally i reakon its where the army/government or whoever test new military equiptment and vehicles. like the stealth planes which commonly are mistaken for UFO's and thats whats sprouted the myth

I watched a tv programme about that and there was a us air base roundabout area 51 and the some of the troops were getting discharged for mental issues and they were saying they was testing alien bacteria on them in an underground room under the airbase and the copral and us army denied it, so they sent in an investigator and he found random air vents in the woods that had been concreted in, and he used like an xray machine and it showed a vault 50m deep underground 1mile square and the investigator took it back to the copral and said look whats this then and the investigation team got kicked out of the base.

ah sounds cool but i still cant beleive it :L i love watching the ufo programmes and docs just for the stories and oppinions but i dont beleive too much of it.
i watched a good doc about the " nazi ufo conspiracy" which was intresting and seamed to have real pics but still, why didnt we ever find it?

me, my mum and sis or brother i cant remember which were in the car like 8 or so years ago and in the sky were 3 vivid bright lights in a perfect triangle. which could be mistaken in the night for planes or chinese lanterns or whatever but it was mid day and clear weather. we still dont know what they were so technically UFO's but we wouldnt like to say it was aliens haha

+1!

Don't think there is other forms of life in our solar system though.

Was reading up on it today.. And no other planet has a liveable climate - Only 1 close to having the right climate.. TITAN - a moon of Saturn.

It has the same nitrogen atmosphere as earth.. Has Lake's and rivers..

But the 'water' is liquid methane, as it's -180'C.. But is warming up.. Few more million years and that planet will have a livable climate / atmosphere.

The earth is in the perfect place.. perfect atmosphere / all 3 stages of water. That's why there is life here!

All it take's is another planet orbiting another sun - in the perfect place like earth, Has to be other life forms in other Galaxy's!

Well I think there's so much bollox about area 51, purely because there's a massive audience for it.

To area 51? I doubt any "investigator" types get in there TBH.

IMO the chances of finding out are very very slim! So why even waste your time wondering about it?

I rate there are other peeps out there though! And its only a matter of time till they fuck us over! ;)

Make's me laugh though when people say stuff like there are no other planet's that are liveable for other living things... When if we havnt found it, we cannot say its not true.
I highly doubt we are the cleverest beings around!

Bermuda triangle is easy to explain, volcanic region, expelled gasses in water = sinking ships, expelled gasses in air = planes dropping into the water then sediment settles on top of sunken crafts never to be seen again.

I mean like no protective atmosphere - 2000 km/h winds abuse the surface..

-170'c for many years while they face away from the sun.. then +350'c when they're facing it.

Would have to be some seriously adaptive life from lol

That TITAN moon I was taking about could have some life form that can live in -180c + breathe/drink liquid methane lol

did you watch that documentary recently too? i watched one which said what you just said spot on and they tested the thery to scale with model ships in a large tank.

It's fine - I know your not arguing :y:

Wonder how big / heavy they'd need to be to withstand 2000km/h winds on a planet with low gravity? :P

Would need to be extremely cold blooded / super skin to survive the heat.. Then 50 years later they would need to be able survive the really cold :P

Plus what buildings / object's could withstand that?

It's hard to imagine - yet something living in -120'c with liquid + protective atmosphere is easy to imagine, but all that methane only need a few % of oxygen + a spark and it's back to square 1 lol

somthing reptile like that can shed a thick skin between seasons and regrow towards a hot season.

We have creatures on this planet that live beside volcanic gas vents under the sea what would melt us surface dwellers so who's to say other creatures cant survive at low temps?

Or what about other sea creatures that live at the extreme depths of our oceans, at bone crushing pressures they swim about as normal.

I believe it's very possible that outside our solar system, even as local as the milkyway there is such an organism that could, albeit for a short period of time. Who knows in 250,000 years time it could be everest for a race of aliens.

I've also wondered what other elements there are in space outside of our periodic table, and what we could do with those, if there is even any?

Space and the whole Universe I find the most fascinating thing, I am not as knowledged about space as I would like to be but even the smallest things I learn about it fascinate me.

There is defiantly without a doubt life somewhere else. I don't go outside and think I see aliens, but the Universe is never ending. Scientists will never view the whole of the Universe, that's one thing to learn. No one will, as there is no beginning nor end. But you cannot believe that in an infinite Universe, full of millions of stars and moons and different Galaxies... the only life is on this planet. I can tell you now that the other planet that is becoming almost a replica of Earth (will be suitable for human life soon enough, just like earth) is going to be the alternative human planet. Over the years, the human population has rapidly increased. It's just coincidental that a new Earth is coming around in time for out current one to over populate?

Not related to that but size of different stars to scale (this is quite mind blowing):

Say what... The amount an object weighs is affected by gravity, so if the planet was low gravity then the thing would have to be massive and dense to have a high weight... I think...

Id be reallllllllllllllllllly fucking interested in seeing an identical planet to ours - populated with humans at the same time as us and seeing how their world is. They'd definately speak a different language but what else would be different? Would it be more technological, would it have a better quality of life, would they have different laws, maybe eveyone just lives like animals and its everyone for themself.

Or in other words... a lot of individuals have changed the world, maybe with medicines, inventions, art, peace, war etc etc - what would it be like on the other planet where these individuals would not have existed?
