knocking noise front right when turning!

any ideas guys i think it may be driveshaft? when the knocking happens its when turning doesnt happen all the time but it is becoming more often, any help on what it might be, what parts i might require and how hard the problem woud be to fix would be great thanks

Park up put the steering on full lock,get under the car & check the inner/outer cv boots for splits/grease loss.

As above, mine started doing this, turned out the near side cv boot had lost a clip and the grease had came out all over the arch and inside of the wheel, easy enough to fix if that is the problem.
