Hi, exhaust is knakered.. just fell off lol.
I think the back box has come off (snapped and all rusty and shit) so could probably do with a new pipe and back box.
If I go to my local exhaust place how much am I likely to get raped?
Just to top things off she's made a weird noise this morning from the intake. (Head gasket?) Shitting bricks.
Cheers:y:

A pattern one can probably be bought for £90 odd quid but it depends on how many of the pipes you are replacing..

aftermarket exhaust systems (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/citroen/citroen-saxo/saxo-exhaust/full-exhaust-systems.html). We can get hold of standard replacement as well.

far better to get a saxsport or other decent exhaust if you're planning to keep the car a while rather than go to kwik-fit etc. Will look nice, sound better, and outlive the rest of the car :)

A new exhaust will probably cost around £100, If you go aftermarket then they should last much longer than a standard system. Fitting costs are always different but your best off getting a few quotes before having the work done.

Yeah I agree getting a nice one would be good. It's just I'm not sure I like this engine noise :/ so no point spending out on an exhaust if the engines fucked itself.
New thread time!

Kind of gutted but oh well. Got a new standard backbox fitted with new rubbers so it doesn't fall off.... for £65
(Engine was a loose spark plug, they fixed it in like 2 minutes lol! I ordered the exhaust before though.. gutted!)
So at least It's roadworthy for now, can look into getting her lowered and then exhaust system. At least then I have a standard one for the MOT!
Cheers
