I've searched but unable to find the right answer - I'm only interested in the rears.

I've managed to secure a set for under £40 in decent used condition to go on the back of a track car - to replace the standard dampers.

I haven't decided on the fronts yet - but will probably be Bilstein B8 with 200lb springs - as they are affordable and attainable.

The PSX rears have adjustable rebound, which I'll just crank up to the hardest and work backwards - does anyone have any experience with these on track/road cars?

I have used these cheaper Spax on a few cars in the past. They work not so bad though they did tend to have a relatively short life. So if you got them cheap i would be happy to use them until the failed. Most people do not bother with adjustable dampers Unless you are a relatively competent driver doing timed mostosrsport your going to struggle to get it set up. If there the same as the ones I had simply winding them all the way round to as hard as they go will not work well. you have to match them with the spring rate your using. I am guessing you have standard bars so you will want them much softer for it to work well. Remember your only adjusting the rebound with these dampers so hardening them only makes for a slower rebound. Overly slow rebound will just make the rear of the car pack down and have a quite significant negative effect on handling.

I got my rears second hand with about 10k on them.
Didn't last very long until they died :(

My spax are on their way out. The rears are soft as hell.

I'll be purchasing GAZ coilovers :P
