Hmmm same as asking which is better, aldi or lidl sausages? Both cheap and will do a job. Is one better than the other? Probably not.

The gd has had the fli sub with the in built sub/amp. Loud but not to crisp. Worth it as it will do for dub and dnb. Test it out in the shop

I was told when I brought my edge sub that fli are the same company as edge just different colour and logo on it. :/

They ate exactly the same, so whichever you think looks better.

Fli and Edge are seriously crap makes...Not sure what your budget is but I strongly suggest looking on caraudiosecurity.com as they have some decent packages which will be better sound quality and probably louder than these 'twin sub, built in amp' things.
This would be good:
http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/1233.html

and if you've got a bit more to spend, get this:
http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/8047.html

Ive had the latter one for years now and its a brilliant set up, hits hard and nice and low - I used to try and cram as many subs in the boot as possible but I just dont feel the need now! Trust me, if you spent a bit more and got this package I highly doubt you will be disappointed.

Cheers, will seriously look into this..them deals look better lol..

These subs don't have a built in amp, I already have a edge amp that I was going to use...

Thanks again

ah right, well you could always sell the amp to fund a good package?
it all depends what your after really, back when I started driving I had the twin Fusion subs - it was the tits at the time but looking back, there are much better options! lol
If sound quality doesnt bother you immensely then go and get the Edge subs - you probably wouldn't regret it as such (as you get what you pay for) but all I'm saying is there are better products out there without spending loads, for example anything JBL will give you some nice bass at a bargain price.

got a link for the 15" JBL?
edit: RMS is the true wattage that you want to be looking at. The 'Max' power is fake! just ignore it honestly!! 200watts Rms is a fairly powerful sub

Depends on how its tuned really, If its tuned proper it will sound alot better than a high wattage untuned sub & amp.

It probably would be decent - they are very good subs (although Ive only heard the 12" not the 15") I used to have 2 GT5's and they shook the car to bits - the wipers were jumping off the windscreen!!
Or if you already have an amp, then this sub would be good: http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/9742.html
(same as the package I posted above but on its own) as I said it goes low, so like you said you like your dubstep it would be spot on for you. Ive even had some people thinking I have 2 subs lol! You may find it cheaper somewhere else though as Im sure they used to be about £65.
Type it into google see if you can find any reviews.

So yeh, up to you - really depends whether your going to buy a new package or keep your existing amp and just get a sub. All I can say is you cant go far wrong if you buy JBL!

edit: found it for cheaper http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/jbl-gto1214.html you can see its quite a large sub!
