Another xbl problem.. *avoid adding your paypal* that is all

Okay so i cancelled my paypal subscribtion as i assumed i paid the month. Now my account is suspended :wall:

I cant even get in my emails to get a "code" etc and to get them to call me back. I cant re add paypal to my account. DO i cut my losses and make a new account :( :( il loose all my achievements wont i? will i still have my saves?

Cheers. Last time i use paypal on xbox. more bother then its worth.

edit; making a new xbl. cba to faff on. not bothered about achievements on the 360.

Turning off "auto-renew" is my next problem. It just wont turn off and im now into another month subrscription i dont want. Phone call AGAIN.

funny enough mine just did this even tho i have bought 3 years of xbox live by mistake they cancelled my account cos my cc ran out. had to put new cc on then went online account on laptop and disabled auto renew and still says its deactivated fro renew so i think website xbox works better

I had a right chew on. I got multiple emails i thought nothing off then next i know my account was suspended :homme: bad ass yer. Straight on the blower, i got them to phone me and they did i paid the £11.95 i owed for 2 months then the irish dude sais "yeah bud sorted"

A week went by and i checked my emails to see another EMAIL! :wall: :fcuk:

Checked my account to see i had "auto-renew" still on and i couldnt even take it off myself! and it rolled over onto this month. :cry: so i owe another £5.99. fml. I went on a online chat and managed to get it sorted from there. Once its paid im taking my paypal off and using the cards you can buy. I aint getting shafted again.

Well when you cant take off "auto-renewal" (it wouldnt click 'off') then find out how much of a chew on it is lol.

It's always been perfectly well known that the only way auto renewal can be turned off is by phone. HOWEVER, they have recently made it so you can do it via Xbox.com

I tried to buy a map pack the other week, on blackops.. I bought 1200 MS points, when I went to buy the map-pack, It got to 99% and FAILED!

To cut a long story short I wasted £14 on the points then another £5 trying to fix it with a VPN and a whole night/day of messing about.

Its making me want to move to Playstation.. I have more mates that use one anyway!

I also have both....from World at War to MW3....not a patch on BF! You should download CQ for BF, it'll make you think your playing COD but it will come with awesome graphics and people who aren't 12 year old kids

It's a known 'issue' (read: scam) that microsoft don't honour the auto renew.. Indeed I know for a fact I said no, I remember doing it and they still charged me and continued the subscription.. Bastards.

if they dont honour the auto renew off thing then phone them up within 30 days for a refund, just had to do this with mine pain in the arse massively but still got refund
