I'd go for 40 on the rear, to be safe. Your front looks around the 60mm mark. Garages will charge around 2 hours labour.
When you say new, do you mean 2nd hand or refurbed ?

if its a refurbished one do it yourself. I did was very easy as the torsion bars are very easy to remove

if you dont want to do it its best you take it so someone who can do it properly and who knows what there doing rather than a garage. Or you will just end up with another naff beam, maybe Krisb?

If you're Chesterfield area, you really must go to IM Axle at Melton Mobray, top rear beam refurbishers that lower them the correct way. I took my saxo there from Gt Yarmouth last summer and they did a great job and very reasonably priced too.

50 mile away, not too bad , they do the work while you wait??

110 to lower front and rear if you supply springs/dampers, based in Langley Mill so only down the road from Chesterfield, done the correct way, plenty of happy customers on here can vouch for this
