Also the bikes outside are chained down, thus them going in the store.

Seriously though - the people on those mopeds look like they should've been at home doing their Maths homework... they had it coming to them to get pushed around a bit. Can't help but think a swift baseball bat to the kidneys would've done a more thorough job but hey ho.

Oh and 10/10 for parking just in sight of the camera so the plate of that ped was visible. Morons... :S
