Please dont even ask... We get a flat rate, its Fecking shite.

Flat rate wether its weekend, night, christmas day etc you get the picture.

Im putting together a letter though as i belive its bang out that we get the same pay over christmas & new year period.

£100 + 9 hours rate + a day in lou...for doing about 2.5 hours +/-...i done it in 2 hours last year...and time it right

you get up..

open stuff...play with bairn...go to work..back on the button for dinner and beers ;)
