id go with the holes in your arb endplate have been ruined and are elongated due to the bolts being loose someones tightened it and they are now starting to slide between the nut and arm when you put a load across the car
whip the 13mm bolts out and check the holes

had it on an old car of mine
2 new end plates and it was fine
if they are still round just torque them up properly and they may have just been loose
id say from the description they arent though

I had this problem after refurbing my axel, took the passenger side end plate off, greased it up and refitted, the squeak went but came back again! Going to do it again, and maybe tighten my ARB see if that sorts it!

if it keeps returning check for the hole being deformed
that or threadlock the bolt
