Probably the treadmill on a high setting and an incline.

You want to be doing sprints / hill sprints though, high intensity cardio is best :y:

Is that running or a slow jog?

Hight intensity cardio over intevals for weight loss, i wouldnt do it sustained. I'd also mix in some steady state low intensity cardio. I use a spinning bike for HIIT.

I use both cross trainer and treadmill at 6.5% @ 6.5mph for around 30 mins then cross trainer for 30 mins at around 70/80% of max.

Not sure if it's the best way, I was taught to use interval training. Get a nice steady pace of walking, so for example; walk for 1 minute then wack the setting up to a fast sprint for 2 minutes, then walk again for 1 minute to recover. Occluded warm up first. I find this is most effective for me. I suppose you could use interval training on crosstrainer 8pr exercise bike etc..

Obviously interval, I didn't want to confuse the OP by going into HIIT etc

I doubt he was going to go out and sprint 5 miles at full pelt anyway haha

Surgery!

Srsly though, how do you judge the best way, the quickiest?, the best for gradual loss?, the easiest?

I always just ensure that I pick up the pace on the exercise and reduce calorie intake.

HIIT & a Keto would be the way i'd suggest!

Even keto and x-trainer/treadmill as long as you monitored your heart rate is very effective!

It was for me :y:

Eat less / exercise more.

MIND BLOWING!!!!

In order to find the best way though, you would have to say what the most effective way of doing that is. Best kind of exercise and what to eat less of and what you should be eating...

I'd go with this!

All I do, hit the weights, half an hour / hour or so slow(ish) bike ride after

Eating more alkaline foods will help reduce body fat and drinking only water, Interval training, weights before cardio, the rower is good for sprint intervals... Nice.... Also look to sleep more, reduce your stress levels as this reduces cortisol levels.

for me, what works is never going near a treadmill, just dont see the point, run outside if you want to run. As for cross trainer, i have used them but just get off at the end and dont feel like ive done anything, id much rather sit on a rower or spinning bike for twenty five minutes and go balls out, for me it beats the x trainer every time, feel like ive done a work out after. The gym at work people use the x trainer and read from their kindle, for me if you are able to read whilst working out, you aint doing it properly!

and as mentioned drink loads of water.

Hate people that do that, read from there kindle in the gym and not pushing themselves!!!

I usually say to someone who reads there kindle in the gym i go too, either push yourself properly or go read your kindle somewhere else where people don't bother with there looks etc.

Fast walk on the highest incline on the treadmill, hour or so everyday on an empty stomach.
