Just happened to find a link to the top gear episode feautre Jeremy being a bellend in a reliant robin.
I just wandered though, has anyone ever actually owned a reliant?

In my old house, an old Chap down the road always bought a new robin every 6 months, always in the same cloud blue colour.

Who'd want to buy one just for the fun of crashing it? ;) Or have you nearly died in one? :clapping:

I know someone who used to have 2. He woke up 1 morning and they had both been rolled over. So he bought another 2, within weeks they were both rolled again.

A mate of mine used to have one for a laugh, he put one of those orange flashing recovery lights on it and used to ditch the nose on roundabouts and sharp corners for fun.

Was funny to watch tbh.

Someone I used to work with had a mate who modded 1,stuck a big engine but had to weight the rear down with concrete(no joke)I`ve been in 1 & they`re bloody scary. My dad used to be a firefighter & they had one on fire & because they are fibreglass the things just explode & shatter everywhere.

that looks rapid lol, but can you imagine it if your belting it along and you have to swerve or you hit a pothole at the wrong angle?

My nans ex partner had one, he couldn't drive either so it was double the terror. I'd love to drive one though, I reckon I'd tip it mind!
