I have found this with wheel bearings of late, cheap ones are utter crap, gone have the days of a bearing lasting the life of the vehicle.
Avoid cheapo brands like firstline, vetech etc, stick to SKF, SNR, ORBIS etc.
Of course, bad technique could be a contributing factor, also if the original seized and span on the drive flange then you probably will need to replace that.

You have a tapered driveshaft in a flat hub or vis versa. What year is the saxo?

I'm not too sure mate it's a 99 vtr t reg when getting a new bearing my motor factors give me 3, 2 of which where wrong even though they were for my model apparently mine has a bearing which was only in production for 18 months :panic:

they're chatting shit.
The year of yours is around the time they started changing everything, so realistically should be using the older flat faced driveshafts, whereas the newer ones had a slight taper to them. mix them up and it chews the bearings as they don't sit right.
Chances are they're giving you the right bearing as you're getting it into the hub properly (there is a slight difference in size) but whoevers changed the driveshaft has mucked up and bought the wrong one!
can you get pictures of the hub nuts, as these are usually the easiest way to check.

The suspension legs have been replaced on both sides before I bought it could this be the problem why bearings keep collapsing?

sounds like it, you either need to fit different driveshafts or different drive flanges and bearings.

I just thought of something else mate last bearing I put in was done by my uncle he said he can do them he was doing it with a bench vice:panic: he got it in but when putting the hub back in the center part o the bearing came out the back could this be the reason my last bearing collapsed due to it being damaged when being put in soon as leg was on the car there was play in the wheel before we even put it on the floor

bit of a pikey way to do it, but with the hub nuts done up there will not be any play, so does indeed sound like the wrong driveshafts are fitted for those hubs, stick some pics up.
