You will need to write to them and post a recorded letter first stating all of this before taking things further. I guess thats the correct procedure.

sent lots of emails details all of the info to most of the local services accounts..and some of the national

either getting ignored or the buck passed on

all of the info i have is ready to pass on..replies/lack of and sub standard/insufficient replies

total dodging of questions against payments taken for services ive not asked for or have any knowledge of

theyre taking the piss mate..today was the final straw..i just need to know who to forward all the info onto for best effect...too much conflicting info on the net about it :(

dont want to have to repeat myself time and time again like i seem to be with shittylink

I'd say contact their head office.

Contact them directly just to find the contact details of the head office, then deal with them over a RECORDED phone call so you have proof of what's been said if you do have to take it higher (trading standards etc).
If they don't comply, send recorded letters and keep proof of postage etc so you have something to back up you're being ignored.

Thanks mate, I'm just going to go into branch tommorow and speak to the manger

If I take someone from work they should be able to help keep things under control
