Steroids are just the tip of the iceberg...
Let's not turn this into a stereotype thread, he's the number 1 bodybuilder in the world for a reason.

Coleman has been retired for 5 years now. Cutler missed this one out due to injuries but will be competing again next year.
Heath's biggest challenger this year was Kai Greene who came second. He's made huge improvements since last year but Phil just had that extra bit more.

Kai looked the best Ive ever seen him. Dry as fuck. Definitely deserved 2nd. Shawn Rhoden coming third was a shock to me. He did look spot on, but think his back lets him down.

Yes that right, everyone is polygraphed, then the winners are actually tested for hormone levels afterwards. Seems fair to me.

eh? :homme:
See Ronnie Coleman's vid when he was a full time cop, there's pics of him on duty.
Dont watch it as close these days, i take it that all the brits are wanking off in the baby O. Hopefully Mr Khan will pull his finger out now his knees are better.
I saw Phil Heath at the NEC after he was recovering from an injury, cant remember, did he tear a pec? he looked like a normal biggish guy, it's amazing how they transform themselves. Still cant get over Kevin Leverone. Mind you, im about 3 stone lighter at the moment! LOL

They are probably 10x more flexible and athletic than you and most other average Joes.

This is something skinny lazy lads say. In fact, ronnie coleman is a freaking monster and I've seen him bust into the splits in a video. Can you do the splits? I can't

You only have to watch the wrestling, 300lb Guys, back flipping of the top rope and landing on the other guy, without hurting him! They're not quite as lean as the pro bodybuilders but it soon puts the myth to rest.
