Yeah krisB is the man to talk about on here. But other garages will do it, but always best to make sure they do it proberly and not use the dreaded "notch" method though. However some garages won't even touch them, mostly main stream garages. So if you can find a smaller independent garage, there more likely to do it just for the work.
As for dampers. . no springs on the rear buddy :y: you can run it around 40mm on standard dampers, but most people me included will say its best practice to buy uprated dampers. Otherwise the standards won't last no where near as long and it won't be long until they fail completely. You can pick up some decent second hand ones anywhere between £80-£150 quid.

He's not on everyday. As for google, like i said, the guys willing to do it most probably won't be on there. Yellow pages if need be and a few phone calls. Pretty sure you'll find atleast one person

Race Tek are not to far from you. They used to do a lot a Peugeot Rally cars so they may be able to help. If not ATspeed are not to far as well. They may be able to help.

If you search krisb.co.uk you will get his website and if you send him an email through that then I think his email is linked to his phone so he will get it quicker if that's the case
