Interior light and sidelights

Hi,

I have gone through so man ydifferent bulbs and want to know which ones are the brightest and look the best like xenon white colour with hint of blue and there to get them please?

Side light bulbs are governed by the same sort pf laws as headlights. So legally you could not get the blue tint your looking for. Though both Philips and Osram do UK legal bulbs that are quite white.

Interior lights are free so you can fit whatever you like. Though saying this quality bulbs for this application will tend to be more towards the warmer colour temperatures as blue has a nasty habit of messing up your night vision.

best ones by far are "smd led" bulbs.. the higher the number, the brighter the bulb..

just ebay search 501 smd led - will be loads of results.. i had the 6 smd ones and they were bright enough, but they do like 32 smd if youre willing to pay the price lol.

It is worth noting though that they are not road legal as side lights.

they passed my MOT no problems, have never ever been pulled for them in the past 2 years - they were on my saxo and i've now got some on my cooper s..

i got some blue LED ones in mine, far from legal, but look great, and then it adds a blue tint when dipped beam is on, looks amazing :P

Can you please elaborate a bit that how are your different bulbs and what do you want to say exactly? Xenon white colour can be the best with any combination.

Seen a kid once driving a 106 with blue side lights. Looked like inderwidjal innit.

I only want it for the interior light cos have a red black theme
