my mom was driving behind me and she noticed that the rear left wheel was wobbling so i tried to tighten the wheel nuts but they were tight and when i get to fifty it shacks really bad any ideas on what the problem may be

It means: if you jack the rear of your car up and give the wheel a good shake, there will be a lot of play, meaning when mot time comes you'll need a refurbished/ second hand axle to replace the existing one to pass. Happens twice to me lol.
