can i run my saxo with it disconected? if i can would it fuck anythink up would it make it drink more petrol if i do? just fitted a k&n and there is no room for it

It will run shit in all honesty they engine management light will appear on your dash.
Is it definatly the right kit for the car ???

no its a universuel one iv unpluged it runs ok not engine maniment light :S makes me wonder was it working in the 1st place lol

Unplug something else under the engine bay see if the bulbs lights up. If it dont then you've probably got a fault and dont no it.
Im assuming this filter is quite big as you've had to do away with the air flow sensor ???

its a proper k&n filter just not made for my car it came with a air flow sensor with the same plug as my saxo so i thort give it ago but just makes me car top out at 90mph
