or just put in the discount code for the 106 owners club on eurocarparts, makes it cheaper.

Even with the discount on euros, carpartsforless is still cheaper and atm they are doing 5% off over £30

What a bunch of twats eurocarparts are! I ordered something around 9am on Hhursday from eurocarparts, paid for next day delivery so they would come today (Friday) and nothing turned up!! All items I ordered were in stock so I dont get what the problem was? I need to get my car fixed this weekend as I use my car to get me to and from work so I was relying on them being here today now I have to fuck about trying to get the parts I ordered. So they can expect a nice phone call from me in the morning :) (apoligise for the swearing)

Only used Eurocarparts once and once was enough.
Delivery wait was out of the stone age, 10 yrs behind.
Then delivery was wrong, car had been booked in and they couldn't re-deliver the next day because of some lame ass excuse. So I ended up losing a days wage (self employed) my friends garage was doing the work so I gave him a drink as he could have had something else booked in.
Then it turned out that on the re-delivery parts were right but 2 were missing. Also no good will like money back /discount. And to top it up 3 days later they put the prices down on the parts I bought and refused to give me money back which peeved me.
What a mare, and their customer service is shocking.
Might try that carparts4less.co.uk if it's not under the same management as such.

Same mob.
I ordered a load of stuff before and it was the last time Ill do it. I put my VTS regi in on the website, browsed to ABS sensors for rear sensors. Double checked they were the right ones by putting in my mates VTS regi; showed up as thesame part so ordered them. When they arrived, one was reboxed and repackaged, so was clearly a returned part. Not only that, they were drum ABS sensors.
Got in touch, customer services refused to replace them as it was outside a week of receipt, and they insisted they supplied the correct parts and that it was down to me not having chosen the right sensors; even though they only showed the one rear ABS sensor being available for both my regi and my mates regi! Both regis made ECP site provide thewrong part, I had to put a 106 GTi regi in to be allowed to select disc axle abs sensors.
Never again.

ECP sold one of my mates a clutch kit with a fucked release bearing.
Took me over an hour to get them to replace it.

I just got a full set of brakes for the family bus - discs & pads, collected same day from local branch. No problems, and got money off from an online code!
Only thing to remember is that they sell brake discs singular! To make the prices look lower!

I've used them twice.
First time they tried to send me a cheaper part as an alternative, they refunded me for item including postage costs back to them. So fair enough apart from the cheek of it!
2nd for some coil springs and everything was fine and very cheap.

its not ecp that's the issue, its the bloody muppets at Yodel or HDNL that they use.

They are ok if you go down in person and know what your buying
No good if your buying the parts blind or off line
In my experience!
Even simple service items iv had given wrong in the past

The courier they use (yodel) are the biggest bunch of muppets on the planet.
I knew I wasn't going to be in for the delivery as they refused to delivery to an alternative address (i.e my work), which is odd because most companies do that these days.
Anyway, I rang up and asked what would happen to be told I would get a card and I could collect from a local depot which was fairly close.
No problem I thought, I will collect after work the next day.
So I get home and no card..
I call them (yodel) and they said the driver left it in "your safe place".
I thought:
A) I don't have a safe place
B) How am I meant to know this if he didn't leave a card
C) There was nothing safe about this 'safe place' (see below).
I asked where it was and he said he didn't know as 'he is not the driver'.
I found the package, soaking wet in my back garden. He had lobbed it over the gate as it was locked and just left it there.
What the fuck?
I got a piss poor apology and an offer of a free £4 air filter.
Needless to say, their courier company are fucktards.

So it would seem the only way to get a seemless transaction from them is to go down to one of their stores in person and to know what you're looking at.
Also, bought some brakes for my dads Q7 from them... wacked his plate in bought discs, pads ect but they don't sell pad sensors so we have to buy some and get them fitted at a later date.

I ordered some parts that didnt turn up when they should have so almost missed out on a drift weekend, i did ring them before aswell and the guy (who couldnt understand english proper) told me they wasnt in stock even though it said online they had been dispatched, promised me them the next day but they didnt come so i had to borrow parts off another car, they turned up 5 days later, emailed them to complain and the replie was someone will get back to you! Taken the piss imo

Well my parts did turn up in the end, at 11.30am. 'I ran out of time to deliver your parts' was the excuse. They also don't seem very helpful or seem like they give a shit on the phone. Next time I will be using local places to buy parts which I will just have to order a few days in advance. I only ordered as I needed the parts to change this weekend but in future I think I will steer clear!

Delivery drivers (as far as i'm aware) are meant to stay out on their round until they have completed all scheduled deliveries, that's how all of our drivers at work do it, and every company that delivers to us has the same policy as far as i'm aware.. Yodel are a fucking joke of a company, we get deliveries from them all the time at work, they always fuck something up.
I haven't had any problems with ECP but i have a depot around the corner from work so i never need to use delivery service..thank fuck!
If you go into a branch then they're the nicest and most helpful people i've ever used for car parts other than Camskill.com.
