whineing noise help

iv just had my gearbox checked over needed a new clutch realease bearing. I told the garages about the whineing noise they said we have put gearbox treatment in it they said the box is fine its only in low revs im thinking it might be my pipercross viper do they make a wineing noise etc in low revs

The box definately listen if it goes loauder as the bearing could be on its way out
