Its legal to sell the stuff.. Its like if you don't pay bills, bailifs come and take your tv, and sell it on, to earn back their costs and such..

Chances of making a living out of it are slim.. As the people in them shows all are already wealthy (barry weise on storage wars), or they have a thrift shop (dave hesner), which is basically like a shop that sells anything second hand..

Over hear, we have stuff like british heart foundation shops, and charity shops.. So unless you could compete with them, you wouldn't have all that much luck..

Plus storage wars is set up, as is Pawn Stars..

but not like that

after a stupidly long time the stuff gets auctioned by the likes of southeby's and so on...they come in and take anything of value and proceeds after fees go to the storage site owner..they go in first..but lots of red tape to get through till its "their" property

also..thats tv programme...and is alot harder then it looks

My mate has just been to Vegas, was dying to get a picture with Chumlee.. Taxi driver on the way was telling them its all staged for tv, and they were just laughing thinking he was winding them up.. Got there, and it was just a shop selling tshirts and mugs saying you had been there.. No shop full of old style guns or anything :(
