Spray paint

Has anyone ever used 'satin' spray paint? Does it actually have a matte finish? also the inside of my car is matte black :)

They are not the same finish, the matte finish has no reflection whereas the satin finish has just a slight shine to it. Personally, I would use matte for the dash.

Some motor factors will make you an aerosol with a colour of your choice, not sure on a price though.

Because its matte blue out of a aerosol. Never going to look good.

Go for a satin semi shine. But in reality the blue is going to be hit or miss but personally I cant see it looking anything other than chavvy.

Have a look into flocking if you want a nice finish with no shine. Blackie_2k5 on here does flocking and iirc he also does a blue flock. Will look miles better than aerosol'd plastic and will be better with wear and tear too.

Well its already blue haha And i dont mean the whole dash btw :P

but its way too shiny, want something abit flatter. Was thinking about flock but ive gone off the idea tbh. Would only get flock if i was going to get better seats and stuff which i probably wont be doing.

the 'blue bits' are AIR VENTS and CENTRE CONSOLE
