cannot believe how stupid this is
the police had a report of a man with a samurai sword, when mistaking the blind mans white stick for a samurai sword, the police took no chances and tasered him! they later arrested a drunk man with a sword, who was the man they should have tasered.
What a retard the copper must have been can you believe this ?
