Fitted Brembo's, full braided, 406 V6 23mm master ( with saxo seals and res )
Primed the master, bled the full system both nips on each brembo calliper
rear, front, rear, front
Problem...
Not much feel in the pedal
then when i start the engine all pedal feel disappears
no brakes at all
let me just say again WTF
anyone?

You still probably have air in the calipers or in the braking system somewhere.. try bleeding them again, but start at the rear( furthest wheel away from the m/c) and work work your way to the front. My guess is that there is air trapped in the brembo's

Done that 5 times now gone through 3 litres of fluid lol using the easibleed system so no air anywhere bled all 4 nipples on the brembo's only other thought was master cyl fooked or seals have turned ( what someone else said )
When you press pedal there a slurp sound from the master cyl
But there's pressure when you start engine it's just a dead pedal
Does it make a difference being 2 port?

Only if the mc it replaced was a 4 port.
Did you bench bleed the mc?

4 port needs to be kept 4 port and 2 port needs to be kept 2 port.
Have you bought a abs mc for a non abs car or vice versa.

Pretty sure it needs to be kept the same pal, abs to abs, non abs to non abs.

If youve definitely bled it correctly and the pedals hitting the floor when you press it you either have a leak (which should be obvious by pooling or dripping under the car) or the seals in the master cylinder are fucked.

Did you bleed it up with the car sitting on the floor? (not sure if Saxos run brake bias valves or not).

One possibility.....
The easybleed system in my experience fills the brake fluid reservoir right to the brim with fluid. This means that when the top is screwed on there is NO air in the reservoir. You will need the air at the top of the reservoir to take up the space of the fluid which has pushed through the brake lines to the caliper.
If this has happened, when you bleed the brakes again, I expect you will find some air bubbles which may be causing your problem (I reckon air gets pulled through the seals). What you may need to do is re-bleed the brakes with the easybleed system, but when finished, make sure the fluid in the reservoir is at or below the max mark by removing the excess fluid with a syringe or by bleeding the brakes manually.
When mine had this problem, my servo/MC was making some weird noises, like it was moaning lol And every time I re-bled the system, there were air bubbles.
Sorry if this is not making much sense, but I am struggling to explain things this time on a friday night.

I had a car in the other day which had not one but two Non-return valves on the vacum line to the servo. Took one out, bingo, brakes were brill.

After a massive 2 man bleeding session and another litre of fluid NO EASIBLEED ! I now have bang your head on the windscreen brakes :)
Turns out there was still air in the lines even after 2 litres of new fluid and the easibleed
Still all done now :)
