can you get custom steering wheels with airbags?

as the title says really just wondering because i would love 2 change my vtr wheel for something a bit more racey bt kinda like having the airbag as well. had an accident in my first car a few years bk and without a doubt it saved my life so defo wana keep it in this one.

Ive never seen one either, unless you make a steering wheel off a sportier car fit the saxo

Momo did one at one point but it was basically a subaru wheel adapted to be universal with a boss.

Crash in a saxo and your face is the crumple zone anyway. Might as well die with a cool steering wheel protruding from your eye.
