Recently booked a holiday with a couple friends through Thomas cook, few more friends decided they wanted to join us, we were going to go with them so they knew which holiday to book etc but they went up on there own and simply said our names and that they were our friends and whoever they spoke to got our holiday details up on the screen and let them book the same holiday.
Surely this is some breach of the data protection act or something no?
If they weren't actually our friends they'd now know when we are going to be away for 10 nights, exactly when we are going and due to be coming back
P.s Do I overuse commas?

Could have been Jimmy Saville though.. wanting to give him a loveless pumping in his hotel bed. So I can see your point.

That'd be fine by me..
I'm just more curious than anything, could surely be privacy issues there.
What if I had a stalker watch me go in to thomas cook then decided to follow me on holiday etc lol

Why not go into Thomas Cook, and change your destination to somewhere else, along with the original mates you were going with.
When you get to the check in desk, you could just be like :A: and the people who tagged along would be like:n:
