Winter Hats, Gloves, Scarves Thread!

So as the other thread, winter has hit us and at work today I was freezing! Some guys already have had their hats n scarves on this week, but ive only had a T, Hoodie and my Hi Vis Coat.

Im sure anyone else that works in a large warehouse knows it can get very cold, often colder than outside but with the freezing wind blowing in too.

Anyway, ive bought my first lot of winter bits tonight for this year.

I'm a Cargo Handler and let me tell you, that ramp is cold as shit.

I need some good gloves, water proof, warm and that can handle being wrecked. I was told that for cold and waterproof that sealskin is good but I can't say that I could morally wear them...

Don't need to worry abou the weather ... Lucky me.

It's now easily under minus 5 outside the workshop in Edmonton but because I'm working on FRP the area needs to be kept to at least 21 celsius.

Normally a good hoodie and a rain jacket did the trick for me but only if I got wet.

Gloves are a pair of leather RAF pilots under gloves, they are bright blue but warm as anything

i work in a warehosue thankfully we sell outdoor activity clothes ss loads of clothes i can get that keep me warm for cheap my latest purchase was a dare2b coat for £18 :) think im getting some warm hiking socks next as my feet are the first thing to turn to ice ha not a fan of hats as they itch my head but ive worn my neck buff a couple times

I've aso got a nice collection of stuff to wear so I have a normal and a thick hoody for when it gets cold and then a huge warm Abercrombie winter coat. I've got a couple off buffs from work too. One CamelBak one and a Hamax one with a fleecey bit to it.

No homo scarves for me though.

Don't do hats or scarves, only ever wear gloves if it's icy cold walking the dog, as for coat...big thick hi-viz jacket :)
