Looking for a decent deal for the iPhone 5 as my current contract runs out next month and came across the following:
http://www.buymobilephones.net/mobile-phones/Apple/Apple-iPhone-5-16GB-Black/O2/O2-36-On--On-(24mths)/14392349?adnetwork=af&utm_source=afp&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=230
£36 p/m
£49.99 for the phone.
I had a look on the o2 website to see if the same deal is on there but it isn't. Is this deal too good to be true?

I'm currently with T-Mobile but when I rang up to ask for more information the guy talking to me literally read everything off the website which I had been looking at for a couple of hours. Useless twat.
I'll keep searching.

My gfs sister gets her phone off a similar site, that has deals the networks don't, and she's always been fine.

Its an Iphone, no deal is a good deal when an Iphone is concerned! Spend ya money on a Samsunng or HTC. You won't regret it!

Fuck spending 35 odd quid a month for a phone. I think its stupid. 24 month contracts aswell. Talk about roping you in.
How long before the 5s is out to shaft a few more people.

These companys are simliar to dialaphone and phones4u
there paid commision by orange,02 etc for getting the business.
So they tend to have much better offers! I remember getting my S2 and
Iphone for free when every other provider wanted at least £70 on the same
contacts/tariffs per month.
Its the best route.
If you think its not the new business they are rewarding, in the long run they are keeping customers for years and years from intial business from these sites so 02 and orange pay them well.

£36 p/m is fine for me. If it wasn't I wouldn't bother :D

according to all the sites I just searched, there deals are for real, but if they offer a cashback deal or free gift, they can take a long time to come through,

I ordered a phone contract from a company called Affordable Mobiles - they had the best deal I could find so I went ahead and ordered it. The said next day delivery - it didn't arrive and I could not get in contact with the company via email and to call it was £1 per minute with estimated holding times of around 30 mins... I wished that I didn't bother...
However around 10 days after the order my phone turned up and everything has been ok since...
Read reviews about the company you are getting it from - they will help you make up your mind.

iPhone 5 won't work on 4g for a long time anyway as the bandwidth it runs on is different to the bandwidth EE will be using.

Oh, I swear I read just before the 5 was released that it wasn't compatible with the upcoming 4g. Must of either read it wrong or the review was wrong.
