FITTING IS TO RIVET TO CAR ONCE ARCHES HAVE BEEN PREPPED"

Does this mean I need to buy a Rivet gun ?

no, you just need a gun, a big, huge gun, and aim it at the car to make the holes

This is what I was thinking as well.Any thing I drill to the bodywork will then rust in no time :-/
