My car is filthy. My girlfriend lives near a building site so the roads are always covered in mud. I've not washed the car in 2 months and consequently, the mud is caked in and wont come off even with my fingers.
I'm after a good de-greaser/ pre-wash. I don't have a snow foam and I don't want to spend ££ on the snow foam route because I think i'll only use it once.
I was looking at something like this: http://www.perfectlycleaned.co.uk/bilt-hamber-auto-foam---5ltr-334-p.asp
Thanks

also interested as where i park my car at work is nothing more than a building site/off road track, for this reason i barely ever clean it!

Are you wanting to strip everything including wax polish? If so daisy apc from tesco will do the job and it's a quid a bottle.
There is nothing stopping you using snow foam without a snow foam lance. Just wont have the same effect but will still be a good pre wash...

The snow foam wont be as effective without the nozzle will it?

don't get why you can't just blast it off?
I've had my car parked at festivals in complete and utter shit for days on end and it comes off with a pressure wash

+1. it's mud. when it gets wet, it slides off, then clean your car
stop being a fag about it :P

I would obviously blast most of it off but around the sill's it'll be caked in. I don't want to use my wash mitt and induce swirl marks on the caked on stuff. That was my main reason really.

I'm not going to pay £7 for 500ml and use the bottle up over 3 or 4 washes. It looks a great product though but in all honestly, I would love to see it work on my car (I will take before and after photos of the clean hopefully this weekend)
I think I'll strip everything off and use Daisy APC, clay, polish and wax. Winter is coming after all.

Fair enough :) yeah may as well strip the wax to start a fresh :) Once its got a couple of layers of wax on for winter is there much need to clean your car? Just snow foam and pressure wash until the weather cheers up? Less chance of swirling
